The place was clean and we loved superior king room. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with balconies. Excellent service, although a few employees were not very friendly. The location was comfortable and great as it was very close to restaurants and eateries...

The hotel was lovely and spotless, it had fast wi-fi, its location was favourable on the ocean side. Location: the property was near Isla Ixtapa and one restaurant and stores and beach. In the evening we went to La Malinche, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The facility was clean and had a great pool.

The pool was a great size and perfect for kids, with a fun slide that kept the little ones entertained. We loved our spacious room, bright and clean, and really enjoyed lounging by the inviting pool area. The hotel offered free shuttle service to the beach. Plus, the location was super convenient, with plenty of local restaurants only a short walk away.

I loved being so close to both Playa El Palmar and El Limon Park, making our weekend explorations easy as we just strolled to the beach in under 2 km and enjoyed quiet moments in the lush greenery of the park that was a short walk away, which really made our family time special.

The pool area is excellent, especially for kids, and the hotel is well-maintained. The service was inconsistent, with servers lacking knowledge about the menu items and tables often not properly set. Finding condiments during meals was a hassle, which detracted from the dining experience. While the overall cleanliness of the facility was commendable, the minor issues encountered impacted the impression considerably.

We had a blast with our group at the hotel! The massive pool terrace and the casual swim-up bar made for great times, especially for the kids. Don't miss checking out Marina Ixtapa and Ixtapa Golf Course if you're into activities. Just keep in mind that the Wi-Fi can be hit or miss, but overall, it was an awesome vacation!

One downside was that the breakfast buffet wasn't great. Some items ran out quickly, and the egg chef seemed a bit unfriendly. It's worth keeping in mind for future visits.

I had a great time! The pool area was stunning, perfect for families, and the food was surprisingly delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable, much better than I expected!

Great spot for family time

The pool area was fantastic especially for the kids, so many lounge chairs for the parents. I loved how clean the whole place was, made it easy to relax.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Gamma Plaza Ixtapa is a spotless place with very amiable and extremely helpful staff. the service and attention I received were exceptional. My room was tidy and had wonderful views of the ocean. the bed was comfy, and I appreciated the coffee and the safe box available. 😊.

The room here is really bright and spotless, plus you get nice views of the mountains. 🌄.

The hotel had a nice pool area and friendly staff. The food lacked variety, and the internet was slow at times. Despite being a bit far from the beach, the overall ambiance was enjoyable, especially for families.
